In a few words tell us about yourself.

Well, I’ve been working for the past seven years all within the hospitality industry. During these time I’ve been trained and certified on a number of different certification within the hospitality industry; I am an Alumni of the University of Benin. I’d really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Currently; I am the Senior Recruitment Specialist at Rehoboth Recruiters. Rehoboth Recruiters is a boutique talent management and acquisition firm tailored to the hospitality industry for UAE and Africa. I am from a family eleven!

What inspired your interest in the hospitality and tourism industry?

I was inspired by the desire to serve.

What’s your vision for the hospitality & tourism industry?

To have a pool of ready and qualified talents across different department and also create a platform for more awareness and education for hotel owners and potential employees.

In what ways has your company contributed to the growth of the hospitality industry and its stakeholders?

As a Recruitment firm tailored to the hospitality industry we are positioned to constantly educate and provide the well-needed expertise that is needed.

What are your major challenges in your business? 

The fact that our clients don’t understand the business of why they are in business.We have to constantly advise which can be tasking.

What are your thoughts on the state of the hospitality & tourism industry in Nigeria?

The industry is attracting a lot of foreign players which is good.

How do you intend to join in the campaign of changing the game and perception of the hospitality & tourism industry in Nigeria?

Partnering with Like minds within the hospitality industry for the better growth of the hospitality and tourism industry in Nigeria.
