Words of wisdom for intending and current industry stakeholders.

For the intending stakeholders- the hospitality industry is not just a job that satisfy your needs to pay bills, it is an industry of passion, service and warmth. if you don’t have any of these 3 traits then look for another career.
For the current industry stakeholders- these 3 traits will help you in your daily service activities, embrace the industry you are in, enjoy your work and always be determined to get a smile from your customer after you have rendered a service.
